This $12M Health Education facility building includes a diverse range of teaching functions including Early Childhood Studies (a working model of a childcare centre), Nursing and First Aid, Aged Care, Massage and Beauty, and other ancillary functions.

Confronted with a challenging site location which includes an adjacent main campus service corridor, we have delivered a planning response which creates a range of spaces for the students not only of the new building but existing students. This has been resolved by carefully considering the relationship of the building with the existing campus and value adding to the spaces between buildings.
