Improving Project Procurement

Philip was invited to sit on a panel at the launch of the ACA discussion paper on Procuring Architectural Services here in WA. 

This paper is an important read and sets out some solid and logical steps to improve current practice. It's focused primarily on Local Government, but is timely with BMW beginning a review process of their own procurement methods.
