This multi-use project with its complex brief project, including staff office, amenities and technical workshops finished construction in a regional location. This project includes hospitality, shearing and building/construction facilities, on three separate sites, and on two campuses. This multi-site build was complex in that our end-user stakeholders were both the Agricultural College and the Senior High School. This involved a careful monitoring of budget parity/allocation as expenditure was apportioned according to early feasibility studies which were not detailed documents.

The project has involved creating high-quality spaces for students within tight budget parameters. Complex equipment requirements have been fully resolved and incorporated into the designs whilst ensuring that identity through thoughtful and diligent design has been created. On both sites, careful master planning was required to optimise relationships of new buildings with existing ones and particularly with the hospitality component on the Senior High School which is located in a very public and prominent location, announcing entry to the school to the community.

We delivered this complex project on budget and on time and our client is extremely happy with the designs we provided.

The project also involved the integration of complex equipment requirements for a new building typology in high schools. Gresley Abas managed to coordinate complex equipment lists and implement items both in and out of the building contract. We have delivered this complex project on budget and on time and our client is extremely happy with the service we have provided them. The project includes a total of 3170sqm of building spaces. Our success on this project demonstrates our ability to work in complex stakeholder, staging, and existing school conditions to produce an outstanding outcome.
